Fun, friendly and for all abilities or age.  Each workout is an hour long and takes part in the main room of CrossFit Rossendale.


Personal Training (PT)

We also provide personal training for those who wish to improve their technique or have specific goals in mind or simply returning from illness or injury.  


Open Gym Sessions

We are very lucky here at CrossFit Rossendale to have such a large club that we have an open gym area that anyone, be it member or a 1 off day pass can use.  These can be during or outside of the class timetable but must be booked online. 


Dance Cycle

Using different music genres and a regular spin bike, Dance Cycle  is born.  45min class fun and fitness inone package. 



Lifting weights is for girls!

The Strong Mamas Club main classes run Weds and Thurs 8pm

All ages and abilities welcome!

Women only

£5 per session


Also small group training available on Monday and Thursday evenings. £7. Book and pay in advance to avoid disappointment as max 6 per group. 

What New for 2020

CFR Unloaded

Our CFR Unloaded class is programmed using the same principles of constantly varied, functional movements, but without the heavy barbells or techniical lifting.  The program utilizes the high intensity, fat burning metabolic effects of traditional CrossFit workouts. Don't be fooled these classes are not CrossFit more of a circuit!  We have just Unloaded the barbells and scaled the movements, so that anyone of any ability can participate.

HiiT Cycle

This is a 40-60 minute fast paced cycleride using our spin studio area on a spin bike.  Using interval training and hill climbs to give you a short sharpe fix.  Having fun with friends riding along to great music.
