I am only getting better and stronger and wish to share this experience and give others the opportunity to reach their goals through CrossFit Methodology.

I have been involved in CrossFit for over a year now and have never found a fitness method as fun or with such a positive impact as I have through CrossFit. This method of training has enabled me to push myself daily without ever repeating the same workouts week in and week out. So you will never get bored!
I am also gym instructor qualified along with circuits and spin training. I hope that combining these three methods together will help you achieve your goals.

Hi I'm James and I am alevel 1 coach here at Crossfit Rossendale. I have been living breathing Crossfit now for over 3 years starting out as a member, very quickly realising that this was a life changing experience. I wanted to start a process that I could commit to for my long term health and happiness that myself and my family would be grateful for in the years to come, needless to say I found that here at CFR and i have never looked back.
CFR has done so much for me and it really has changed my life for the better, it is an honour to now be a part of that process and to haopfully encourage others to take the leap onto the path of health and happiness! Lets GO!

I joined CrossFit Rossendale three years ago and I can genuinely say it has changed me as a person. I’m fitter than ever but also appreciative of the importance of the right balance of exercise, a good diet and rest in a person’s life.
With this in mind, and, in a world full of technology and fast food, I really wanted to introduce my two girls (5yrs and 9yrs) to CrossFit also. Not only to keep them active and healthy, but to build a life long love for fitness, and, to give them a healthy mind set of body image. It isn’t about how our body looks, but what we can do with our body.
