I have been in the Health & Fitness profession for over 18 years and have never found a training system that could give me the results I sought after. Until I was introduced to CrossFit. I am only getting better and stronger and wish to share this experience and give others the opportunity to reach their goals through CrossFit Methodology.

Here at CrossFit Rossendale we want your sessions and classes to be fun and productive, but our main goal is to be safe. Fundamentals are essential for all members before they can book onto a class. In your fundamental you will be taught how to perform the main movements used in CrossFit and help to spot faults in technique which the coaches can improve. This is to make sure your safe and competent in all the key movements.
